Marketing Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to assist in marketing campaigns, client coordination, media partnerships, and content execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing social media, analyzing market trends, and ensuring seamless communication with clients while supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly Brand reports.
• Oversee monthly artwork placements across various platforms.
• Coordinate with existing clients to present our efforts and help them utilize all available features in their opted packages.
• Execute media partnerships and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Manage monthly trends coordination for new articles and contributors.
• Provide execution and operational support for interviews, new contributors, UGC, and new initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns with strategic execution.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Help create content for various platforms including digital and print media.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Aid in managing social media platforms and enhancing engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights for improvements.
• Provide support for team tasks and organization to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in marketing, media partnerships, or client management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with social media management, market research, and campaign analytics is a plus.
