Role: Business Analyst - Finance

Location: Hyderabad ( 5 days work from office)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, a keen business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. As a Business Analyst in our CEOs Office Team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, evaluating business performance, and providing strategic insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

Analyze competitive landscapes and industry benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations.

Data Analysis:

Gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources to draw actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking key performance indicators and business metrics.

Strategic Planning:

Assist in the development of strategic initiatives and long-term business plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate data-driven strategies for business growth and optimization.

Financial Analysis:

Evaluate financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to identify areas for improvement.

Support financial modeling and forecasting efforts to aid strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication:

Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate analysis findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

Process Improvement:

Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Work closely with operational teams to streamline workflows and optimize business processes.

What do we look in you?

Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a strategy or consulting environment.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with strategic frameworks and business modeling concepts.
