Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead with 4-5 years of expertise in Java Full Stack development and proficiency in React. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack solutions.
• Review code to ensure best practices, quality, and maintainability.
• Full Stack Development:
• Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Build intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend.
• Project Management:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Break down complex tasks into manageable modules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Architecture and Design:
• Drive architectural decisions to create scalable and maintainable applications.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of the application.
• Team Collaboration:
• Act as the primary point of contact between developers, designers, QA, and product managers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Java, React, and full-stack development.
• Identify and implement tools and processes to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA for backend development.
• Expertise in React.js, Redux, and related frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• DevOps and Tools:
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Project Management and Leadership:
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in microservices architecture.
