Full-time Project Manager and Agile Practices Coordinator for a Healthcare AI company

Responsibilities and Typical Tasks:

- Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team progress to ensure deadlines are met.

- Proactively follow up with team members to resolve blockers and encourage task completion.

- Maintain visibility into ongoing work and ensure cross-functional alignment.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for team progress updates, escalating risks or challenges to management as needed.

- Support and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, under the guidance of senior management.

- Ensure Jira boards and workflows are consistently maintained, accurate, and aligned with agreed-upon standards.

- Organize and call for feature-level or cross-team meetings to keep tasks and priorities aligned.

- Provide regular, concise updates to management to highlight progress, roadblocks, and team performance.

- Act as a liaison between team members and senior management, ensuring clear expectations and goals are communicated.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and workflows effectively.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to foster collaboration and ensure follow-through on assignments.

- Maturity in work ethic, showing initiative, diligence, and reliability.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira is a plus; training will be provided.

- Helpful, but not required:

- Bachelors in Business Administration, Project Management, or Organizational Development.

- Certified ScrumMaster, Atlassian Jira certifications, CAPM from PMI
