Job Description :

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining, shaping, and driving the product strategy for our AI/ML-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to deliver industry-leading software products. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, software development processes, and a proven track record of bringing successful software products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap

- Windows desktop application that align with the company's goals and market demands.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document detailed product requirements, ensuring alignment with AI/ML capabilities.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI/ML technologies to identify opportunities and threats.

- Guide the development process, ensuring that AI/ML algorithms and software components are designed and implemented effectively.

- Work closely with the QA team to establish quality standards and ensure that the product meets defined quality criteria.

- Champion a user-centric approach by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and making data-driven decisions to improve the product's usability and performance.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and product launch plans.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and drive product optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, with a focus on Windows desktop applications.

- Previous experience as a software developer is a significant advantage.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to market.
