Head - Product Management

Detailed Duties And Responsibilities:

Primary:

- To work as per the strategic goals of the company, keeping the vision and mission of the company in mind.

- Business Development & Demand Generation.

- Meeting with new customers (Institutions, OEMs, Distributors, Dealers, Architects, Interior Decorators etc.) for new & existing product.

- Generate enquiries from the new customers.

- Based on study, identify new market development for new product.

- Based on study, identify new market development for an existing product.

- Identify export opportunities.

Marketing:

- Provide inputs to brand manager regarding marketing tool pricing strategy, packaging development, promotions - ATL, digital and BTL, events and shows to ensure brand visibility and recall.

- Attending and participating in exhibitions and trade shows.

Revenue and Margins:

- Based on costing parameters, provide inputs to management regarding product pricing development.

- Work with purchase and factory team to ensure target pricing is met.

- Manage pricing proposal development and submission.

- Ensure revenue & margin targets are met.

Technical Assistance:

- Ensure regular training programs are done regularly among team members for proper product understanding purpose.

- Provide sales and technical training and assistance to convert large OEMs and institutions.

Coordination:

- Coordination with sales team for training and technical assistance.

- Coordination with factory team for visits, sample requirements and updates.

- Coordination for customer audits, visits & promotion feedback.

- Documentation & Reporting.

- Ensure on time submission of reports/ MIS to management.
