Senior Analyst - Digital Analytics (2-5 yrs)

What will I be doing ?

Position Summary :

As a Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

Analytics Tracking and Implementation :

- Develop and implement measurement strategies that aligned with business objectives.

- Follow established guidelines to create Adobe Analytics tech specs and other analytics documents.

- Perform analytics QA for newly built tracking as well as auditing existing data points to ensure data quality.

- Audit 3rd party tracking solutions and implementation to ensure their tracking meets Hilton standards.

- Create and maintain a Confluence page to document tracking plans, launch date, key decisions, status, etc.

Digital Analytics :

- Collaborate with Commercial and Product team to define success metrics and analysis methodology.

- Validate 3rd party data integrity and organize data from multiple resources.

- Analyze how consumers use products, evaluate product performance against success metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Monitor product performance through its lifecycle to assess it against goals and benchmarks regularly.

- Analyze channels and marketing message performance and provide actionable recommendations.

- Stay up-to-date with analytics industry trends and best practices to continually improve channels, products, marketing and customer level performance.

- Perform ad hoc data requests from Commercial and Product team.

BI and Reporting :

- Develop and maintain web-based PowerBI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.

- Audit data input to the dashboard to ensure data quality and fix issues.

- Publish monthly, quarterly and year-end reports and analyze KPI performance highlight and lowlight.

- Collaborate with the Digital Analytics teammates to understand potential factors that move the topline metrics.

- Adopt industry best practices and continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support.

What are we looking for ?

Analyst, Digital Analytics :

- Bachelor degree from top tier university.

- Major in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related quantitative field.

- 2-5 years of professional work experience in digital analytics or related field.

- Familiar with digital analytics tools, concept and metrics, e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or equivalent.

- Advance level of Excel for data processing, Power Query/Power BI/SQL/Python is a plus.

- Advance level of PowerPoint for logical and aesthetic data findings presentation.

- Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary team to drive analytics project through implementation to analysis.

- Good project, time and stakeholder management to ensure on-time work delivery.

- Logical, critical, forward thinker.

- Ability to sense, anticipate and validate unusual data trends and patterns.

- Strong business acumen, proactive and creative mindset.

- Fluent English in terms of reading, writing, and speaking.

- Ability to travel 5-10% of the time.
