Calypso Developer (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Calypso Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical Calypso applications and customizations.

You will play a key role in enhancing the functionality and performance of our Calypso platform.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Calypso customizations, including :

1. Scheduled Tasks

2. Reports

3. Engines

- Integrate with external systems using Calypso APIs.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain high-quality code adhering to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance engineers.

- Stay abreast of the latest Calypso technologies and best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Calypso development processes.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Calypso development.

- Strong understanding of Calypso architecture, including its components, modules, and data flow.

- Expertise in Calypso development and customizations, such as Scheduled Tasks, Reports, and Engines.

- In-depth knowledge of Calypso APIs and their application.

- Proven ability to write complex SQL queries and understand Calypso database tables.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Calypso v15/v16 is a must.

- Experience working in Agile methodologies (e.g, Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with Calypso integration with other systems.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g, Python, Perl).

- Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure)
