Salesforce Solution Architect - Apex/Visual Force (12-18 yrs)

Looking for "Salesforce Solutions Architect" for one of the US based MNC at Mumbai - Hybrid opportunity.

Position : Salesforce Solutions Architect (Thought Leader)

Experience : 11 to 18 years

Location : Mumbai (Hybrid from 1-2 months)

Key Responsibilities :

As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You'll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

- As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will provide overall architecture/design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects or one large complex project under the leadership team.

- Drive thought leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem, supporting the development of organizational competencies and fostering innovation within the Salesforce Center of Excellence.

- Create prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements.

- Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining when custom solutions are necessary.

- Lead or participate in the definition and prioritization/scoping of business and functional requirements and project sizing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions.

- Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.

- Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- 5+ years of Solutions Architecture experience.

- 5+ years of experience in SFDC Architecture.

- Required Salesforce Certifications.

- Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com).

- Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products and significant data modeling experience.

- Experience in architecting solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Clouds

- Proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries.

- Knowledge of Vlocity/Omnistudio (Salesforce Industries).

- DevOps experience for CI/CD.

SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES :

- Experience with CRM, Member service platform implementations.

- Experience with large data integration and data migration activities within Salesforce projects.

- Strong documentation skills for current and future state solution architecture, including functional/technical specifications, data integration, and data migration solution design.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and presentations.

- Experience in multi-cloud and a Salesforce developer background.
