Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campus Recruitment Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to meet assigned hiring targets for both technical and non-technical profiles.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with target universities and colleges, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Plan and conduct engaging pre-placement talks, presentations, and workshops to attract top talent.
- Design and implement effective assessment, screening, and interview processes to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the offer letter process, ensuring timely and accurate communication with selected candidates.
Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement candidate engagement programs to enhance the hire-to-join ratio.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Foster a positive and welcoming candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding and Training Management:
- Plan and execute comprehensive onboarding sessions for new campus hires.
- Actively participate in training and soft-skills development programs, providing guidance and support to trainees.
- Conduct counseling sessions and implement targeted activities to improve trainee performance.
- Monitor training progress and provide feedback.
Post-Training Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement a 90-day engagement plan for trainees post-training to enhance retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide ongoing support to new hires.
- Gather feedback and improve the post training engagement process.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
- Utilize data to improve recruitment process.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in campus recruitment for technical and non-technical profiles.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong time and work management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
Education:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a science background.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with social media recruiting.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
