Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets while leading, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing sales team.
- Home Loan & LAP Sales Growth Drive sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market, while seamlessly coordinating with banks and NBFCs for efficient loan processing.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to drive impactful sales initiatives and ensure alignment of sales strategies across different zones.
What You Need To Have:
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry Minimum 3+ years of experience in home loans, business loan & LAP.
- Sales Leadership At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role, managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong Leadership & Motivation Skills Ability to lead and inspire a large, diverse sales team to drive results.
- Effective Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions.
- Tech Proficiency Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- DSA knowledge must require
