Lead Full Stack Developer - Node.js/MySQL (7-15 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in backend and frontend development.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, MySQL, AWS Lambda, and scripting languages like Unix shell, Python, or Golang.

This role requires hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and leadership capabilities to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js for backend and modern frontend frameworks.

- Database Management : Implement and optimize MySQL databases and AWS RDS to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Cloud & Serverless Computing : Develop and deploy applications using AWS Lambda and other AWS cloud services.

- Scripting & Automation : Utilize Unix shell scripting, Python, or Golang to automate workflows and enhance system performance.

- Design Patterns & Multithreading : Apply best practices in software design patterns and multithreading for high-performance applications.

- System & Configuration Management : Manage application environments across Windows, Linux, and AWS, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.

- Version Control & CI/CD : Utilize Git, Synergy, ClearCase, or CVS for version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor the development team, providing technical direction, best practices, and code reviews.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to ensure project success.

- Agile & Scrum Practices : Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency (preferred).

Skills and Qualifications Required :

Must-Have :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend development.

- Expertise in MySQL, AWS RDS database design, optimization, and management.

- Experience in AWS Lambda and cloud-based deployments.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Unix shell scripting, Python, or Golang.

- Solid understanding of design patterns and multithreading environments.

- Hands-on experience working with Windows, Linux, and AWS environments.

- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Git, Synergy, ClearCase, or CVS.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities.

- Ability to lead teams, provide guidance, and drive technical excellence.

Nice-to-Have :
