.Net Developer - ASP/C# (5-7 yrs)

The Role :

The .NET developer will be responsible for development and programming of applications using .NET ASP, C# programming language. This will include development and programming using the .NEToASP/IIS/Windows suite of applications to create and maintain custom web based applications.NET Developer will be involved in all stages of application development from gathering requirements, design, development, writing test procedures and maintenance.

- The .NET developer needs to be extremely confident in programming abilities.

- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is added advantage.

- Involve in the requirement gathering, design, development, testing and maintenance of the projects.

- Database development and administration including schema design, database normalization and programming of stored procedures.

- Hosting applications on the web server

- IIS server administration

- Work in a team environment to ensure that all development activities are done in a consistent manner and stick to committed deadlines.

- Writing Test procedures and documentation.

The Candidate :

- 5 to 7 plus years of experience in programming in .NET Applications.

- Knowledge of best practices in web-based application security

- Strong knowledge and experience in application design and implementation

- Knowledge of Object Oriented programming and design patterns

- Languages : Asp.Net, C#, AJAX, ADO.NET, Linq, Entity framework Websevices, XML, RDLC reports, CSS, HTML and SQL SERVER, Javascript, WCF and MVC

- Tools : Visual Studio V10, SQL Server

- JavaScript framework experience including jQuery.

- Source Control experience using Subversion.

- Experience with one or more database environments: MySQL and MS SQL.

- Ability to work well all areas of the organization as well as external customers.

- Excellent communication skills for internal and external customer interaction
