Job Type: Full Time.

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Summary:

- Support the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- End to End recruitment.

- Vendor Coordination & Vendor management.

- Source candidates from various sources, Third party Vendors & Internal resources.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate database and applicant tracking system.

- Assist with on boarding processes for new hires.

- Client Coordination Generate the requirements and share with across the team.

Requirements:

- Masters/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- 2-3 years of Non IT/ IT recruitment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- 2-3 years of client management, vendor management and bulk hiring.
