Account Executive - HR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintained Service Ledgers and Managed Accurate Account Details
• Prepared invoices based on stage payments received from clients as per the terms outlined in agreements.
• Vendor Payment and Management: vendor payments and Recorded vendor payments in separate ledgers on a weekly basis.
• Prepared vendor reconciliation statements for pending payments and maintained clearance details.
• Final Reports: Maintained records of vouchers, invoices, and payments, along with final monthly project status reports, vendor reports and property status reports.
• Debit and Credit Notes: Maintained detailed records of debit and credit notes, ensuring reconciliation with ledgers.
• Reimbursement Handling: Verified and processed reimbursement bills for site engineers, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Day-to-Day Accounting Tasks: Managed daily accounting tasks, including recording transactions and updating ledgers.
• Issued service and project quotations as required.
• Petty Cash and Material Accountability: Maintained and reconciled petty cash statements and Monitored material accountability to ensure accuracy in stock management.
• Accounts Receivable: Followed up on accounts receivable via email and telephone to ensure timely collections.
• Bank Reconciliation: Conducted monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Collections Management: Follow up with Clients for overdue payments through emails and calls
• Office Management and Employee Records: Managed office operations and maintained accurate records of employee details.
• Recruitment Support: Recruited candidates t o support organizational growth and Conducted calls and scheduled interviews to identify suitable candidates within the companys budget scale.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP Software and Excel and MS word .
