Full Stack Automation Developer - Python/RPA (3-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Automation Developer with expertise in Python and RPA Technologies(preferred - UiPath) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, as well as automation technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive automated solutions to improve business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Development : Develop, test, and implement fullstack automated workflows using Python and UiPath.

- Process Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

- Frontend Development : Build user-friendly web interfaces for automation tools and dashboards.

- Backend Development : Develop and maintain robust backend systems to support automation processes.

- Integration : Integrate automated solutions with existing systems, databases, and third-party services.

- Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and solutions.

- Best Practices : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in fullstack development and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in fullstack development and automation using Python and UiPath.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing fullstack automation solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python programming.

- Expertise in UiPath, including workflow development, Orchestrator, and Studio.

- Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Proficiency in backend development using Python (e.g., Flask, Django) and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques.

- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts and best practices.

- Strong understanding of statistics and probability.

- Experience with statistical modeling and multivariate statistics.

- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques with experience in model deployment

- Data visualization (e.g., using tools like PowerBI, matplotlib)

Preferred Qualifications :
