Test Engineer Manual / Automation

Taasha is looking for an experienced tester who can do manual/automation testing of web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver robust test harnesses to meet complex testing needs of various projects.

• Be responsible for creating and maintaining automated GUI and SOA test cases.

• Execute the automated packs and provide consolidated feedback to stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Overall experience in Software Testing work stream (functional and automation).

• Proficient in functional testing and defect management.

• Good Knowledge & prior experience in test automation Tools- Selenium, Cucumber using Java.

• Good knowledge & prior experience in API automation.

• Experience in using test management tools (e.g. JIRA) to manage testing activity and to provide testing metrics

• Strong SQL knowledge.

• Exposure to configuration and change management.
  Knowledge of testing processes.
  Should have an excellent understanding of Junit, TDD

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s/master degree in Computer Science or relevant experience

• Broadly, the skills required in order of priority are mentioned below: Very strong functional/automation testing skills with demonstrated experience in rules-based / workflow-based projects.

• Very strong web testing skills with experience in testing web services (REST / SOAP) and validating XML / JSON payloads using tools like Postman Experience in testing multi-tiered applications with multiple integration points Salesforce Knowledge, or any other CRM platform Basic SQL proficiency, data visualization skills and basic proficiency in exploring complex databases
