Technical Business Analyst - Capital Market Domain (Immediate Joiner)

JD - Domain / Project experience perspective:

- The candidate must have exposure to Capital Markets domain with an ability to understand Investment Banking Applications.

- Candidate should have experience in the projects of Investment Banking / Capital Markets domain.

- Should know / understand financial instruments Equities, Derivatives, Swaps etc.

- Should have worked in Financial Risk Management Credit / Market Risk area.

- Assisted in design and documentation of various elements of the risk management framework.

Technology perspective:
- Experience in Data Warehousing projects

- Should understand Data-modeling, Data Analysis
- Should have hands on experience in using SQL queries, SQL joins

Primary Responsibilities:

• Research & refine functional requirements, communicating directly with clients in collaboration with other stakeholders
• Create and collaborate on detailed functional designs, using appropriate methodologies and tools story writing including conditions of satisfaction
• Lead the creation of designs with Program / Project / Product Manager(s) input.
• Work closely with engineers and testers to ensure the product to be built as per client requirement
• Create materials (presentations & demos) to help train additional teams on new functionality
• Review, comment, follow-up and target defects and enhancement requests.
• Participate in customer meetings with Program / Project / Product Manager(s) to get a better understanding of Client ideas / issues
• Takes ownership of the delivery of features/capabilities through the development process
• Understand and triage customer issues conducting any necessary technical research or team collaboration
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
