Job Description:-
Assisting HR Manager for end to end recruitment process.
Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal
Reference, head hunting.
Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
Managing entire onboarding and exit process end to end, maintaining employee personal files, issuance of letters, managing background verification checks by following set processes
Managing leave & attendance records.
Providing accurate payroll inputs to accounts team on monthly basis
Processing full & final settlements within timelines (recoveries, gratuity payouts etc.)
Maintaining employee records keeping it upto date in totality (creating new joiners, processing exits)
Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis Extensive coordination between - employees, managers.
