Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Engineer to join our 24x7 support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Windows servers, desktops, basic cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows servers and desktops.
- Monitor and manage IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Handle virtualization environments related to Citrix/ VMware/ Accops.
- Perform basic networking tasks such as IP configuration, routing, and firewall management.
- Assist in managing and monitoring data backups and restoration processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Science or IT, Computer Science, or related field.
