  • Day- to Day Desktop troubleshooting skills, outlook issues, user profiles migration, quickbooks install Firewall, Firewalls Rules, Nat Rules, VPN, Configuration of switches/Routers, Firewalls
  • Good knowledge in O365, Azure AD, M365 Defeneder, Exchange, Hybrid environment, Cloud security, Powershell scripting
  • Good knowledge in servers, AD, GPU, Event logs, Server Migration, FSMO 3cx phone system, Rules, Trunks, Sbc, call flow, Phone Provisioning
  • Cloud Technologies Azure & AWS
  • Preferred Tools- Connectwise Automate/manage, sophos Firewall, Microsoft 365, 3CX
