Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are on the lookout for a Technical Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects.

You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

You will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate internal resources and customer team members for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget with Agile methodology.

- Lead the project scope definition and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation through appropriate forecasting.

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Track and monitor project costs as per the budget.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development concepts and technologies
