Quality Analyst- Non AR

A professional with strong domain knowledge of non-AR processes (charge and payment posting) capable mentoring the operations team to improve the quality

• Auditing and maintaining the Quality of the assigned team
• Audit and Identify defects in the CE or PO transaction as per client specific/general billing rules and communicate the same to TL
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports & send it to the respective stake holder as per business requirement
• Identify root cause of the errors/escalations etc. & provide action plan to improve the same
• Conducting weekly / monthly huddles / meeting / training with the team to communicate the error trend/Bottom performers etc.
• Playing a role of a mentor to improve the quality of the agents
• Providing process improvement steps and identifying the process gaps
• Strong working knowledge in general medical billing including different insurance plans/Modifiers/CPTs/ICDs/POS/Type of insurance/Demographics etc.
