Marketing Executive

Marketing executives coordinate and oversee campaigns geared at promoting products, services, and causes.

BSc. Chemistry, MBA Marketing

3-7 years (Having prior experience with a chemical company would be preferred)

Product costing
Sending offers to customers and following up with them to convert inquiries into orders
Order entry in tally
Coordinating with the team (production, QA, QC, Stores) to ensure timely dispatches
Making detailed dispatch schedule for all the products for the whole month
Placing import orders
In case of exports, coordinating with the freight forwarders, doing export costing
Making export documentation, getting the material insured, passing cha s bill etc
Renewal of FGI membership, RCMC renewal, CWC e-filing
Taking care of DGFT issues
Complete knowledge about the process of getting duty drawback (direct exports sez exports)
Generation of Rodtep scripts and using it during imports

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Proven work experience as a marketing executive.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
High-level communication and networking skills.
Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure
