Job Description
1. To provide close administrative support and assist the Managing Director in managing day-to-day operations
2. To co-ordinate with projects department for new greenfield project as well as existing companies project, update Managing Director on progression of the project.
3. Effectively assist in all routine activities.
4. Capture Minutes of the Meeting during the Team meetings, prepare Agenda / create PowerPoint Presentations.
5. Develop robust relationships and communication channels with Corporate Customers on behalf of the Managing Director.
6. Liaise with various departmental heads on behalf Managing Director.
7. Generate MIS Reports on regular basis
8. Keep records, Calendar management, Client relations, Design and maintain a filing system, Organize meetings.

Skills required:
1. Strong project management, time management and organizational skills
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and spoken
3. Fluent in English communication Skill
4. Technical Skills Engineering background (Having Chemistry knowledge must)
5. Experience in project co-ordination as well in assisting to Managing Director
6. Candidate who has experience in Project Management of chemical company will be preferred
