Packaging Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Introduction of packing process for new formulations - Compare R&D formulation vis a vis commercial requirement, initiate development and stabilization of packing process for new products as per given target
• Introduction of existing formulations at new locations with new brands - Assess new requirements versus available portfolio. Identify gaps if any. Bridge the gaps within targetted timeline.
• Pack process stabilization for existing brands through plant transfer process - Identify and compile requirements. Assess and bridge gaps. Implement as per set target and process.
• Support to manufacturing sites - Provide support to manufacturing site with proper documents on time and to address issues to the concerned.
• System improvement - Asses present process. Identify areas of improvement. Suggest improvement plans.
• Leadership - Effectively guide subordinates to achieve set target on time and develop capabilities

Preferred candidate profile

B. Pharma with a minimum of 10 years of experience in packaging development from the Pharma industry

A certification course in Packaging Technology will be preferred
