Senior Accountant Job Description: Coordinating accounting functions and programs. Preparing financial analyses and reports. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance. Assisting with annual audit preparations. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns. Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. Handle TDS and TCS compliance. Reconcile vendor ledgers and accounts payable. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
