PLSQL Developer Oracle

Role & responsibilities

• Oracle PL/SQL Developer will be a key member of the Database Group and will be responsible for providing overall database support in back-end programming.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to support database applications and business requirements.
• Design and implement efficient database solutions, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization to enhance system efficiency.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of database code.
• Monitor and maintain database systems, performing regular backups, patches, and upgrades as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PL/SQL and database technologies, recommending improvements and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a PL/SQL Developer or Database Developer, working with Oracle databases.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL programming, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Experience with Oracle Version 11G, 19C.
• Strong experience with oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages; performance tuning.
