Job Title: Generative AI & LLM Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Generative AI Specialist with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves a mix of R&D (80%) and client-facing tasks (20%), where you will explore cutting-edge advancements in Generative AI and implement practical solutions for client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Development (80%):

• Conduct advanced research in Generative AI, focusing on LLMs and their applications.
• Explore state-of-the-art techniques for fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying LLMs.
• Build innovative solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), instruction-tuned models, and autonomous agent-based systems.

2. Client-Facing Tasks (20%)

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Generative AI solutions.
• Demonstrate the practical applications of LLMs to enhance client workflows and solve domain-specific problems.

3. Model Development & Deployment:

• Fine-tune and deploy pre-trained LLMs for custom use cases across industries.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Generative AI frameworks and platforms.

4. Collaboration Across Teams:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into production.
• Maintain 2-3 overlapping working hours with the US team in CST or EST time zones for effective collaboration.

5. Training & Knowledge Sharing:

• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions on Generative AI tools and techniques.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in LLMs, Generative AI, and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-6+ years in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and deployment of instruction-tuned models.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and proactive environment.
