C#.NET Developer

Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced C# (.NET) Developer. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in C# (.NET) development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software for console, web, and desktop applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem and a strong background in software testing to ensure the highest standards of code quality.

Core Technical Skills Required:

• C# (.NET): We require experienced .NET developers with a minimum of 7 years of proficiency in modern .NET development for console, web, and desktop applications.

Good to Have Skills:

• ELK Stack: Prior experience with Elasticsearch APIs and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) will be considered a significant advantage.
• Python/Javascript: Knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a plus, particularly for scripting tasks and integrations.

• Expertise in C# .NET, Basic Python, Oracle & Powershell.
• Experience & firm knowledge of software design concepts and design patterns.
• Experience in the system design and implementation of complex, multi-generation, SW products.
• Experience with Agile methodology, Tools, and Practices.
• Expertise in development testing and debugging skills

Experience in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.

Testing Expertise:

• A strong foundation in testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD). Candidates should be familiar with automated testing tools and frameworks for ensuring code quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain robust applications using C# (.NET) for console, web, and desktop platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing of all developed features to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the development stack.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in .NET development.
