Senior Specialist - Marketing Operations

Core Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

- Oversee the development, review, and delivery of monthly and quarterly marketing materials, such as fact sheets, performance summaries, and investment presentations.

- Continuously evaluate workflows and operational platforms to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.

- Maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure data consistency and material accuracy.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work alongside global marketing and business development teams to prioritize deliverables and meet tight deadlines.

- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders, including technology teams, to support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and data-related projects.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide status reports and insights on operational activities and strategic initiatives.

Project & Resource Management:

- Support day-to-day operations in partnership with the Head of Global Marketing Operations.

- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while minimizing risks.

- Oversee updates to marketing materials post-product actions or regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and consistency across all language versions of content.

Quality & Timely Delivery:

- Take ownership of proofing and validating data across materials to ensure high-quality outputs.

- Facilitate the timely distribution of client-ready marketing collateral to support investment strategies, prospects, and client communication.

Performance Reporting & Insights:

- Develop and share actionable insights through meaningful presentations and regular progress reports for senior management.

- Assist with content governance and management, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
