Should be able to contribute best-in-class programming and architectural skills to develop highly innovative, maintainable iOS design and code
. Should be able to understand the requirement and design/architect the solution.
Should be able to lead the team of dynamic, energetic Software Engineers/Sr. Engineers.
Should be able to create native mobile apps for iOS and distributed on App store.
Responsible for team mentoring, coding, testing and on-time delivery of high quality.
Responsible for High Level/Low Level Design Documentation.
Quick Learner and highly motivated to keep himself/herself abreast with latest technologies all the time.

Skills
A Bachelor,s/ Master s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
7 to 10 years of software developmen t experience with 3-5 years hands on iOS platform, in a professional environment.
Strong experience in programming languages C/C++, Objective C.
Strong in OOPs concept, particularly on protocols and class hierarchy, constructors.
Strong Knowledge in Views, Layouts, Events (Touch), Core Graphics, XML Manipulation, Map, Location Libraries, Sqlite, Manipulate with Web Services etc.
Must have hands on Enterprise Mobility Solutions development.
Knowledge and experience of the Software Development life cycles like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall Model.
Knowledge on cross platform application development (Ex: PhoneGap, Sencha Touch).
Must have experience in building, mentoring and managing team.
Pixel-perfect eye for detail and a proven ability to quickly find solutions to complex technical problems
Excellent work ethics and a hands-on mentality
