Director Product

As a Director Product, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our products, from inception through to launch and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the development process to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will be managing a team of highly passionate and talented product managers and work closely with our engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

Job responsibilities :

• Lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and the companys goals within the insurance industry.

• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through design; development, launch, and ongoing iteration, ensuring products meet market and regulatory needs.

• Build and manage the product roadmap for insurance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory compliance.

• Prioritize features and improvements based on customer impact, business value, and competitive positioning.

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and design prototypes, Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.

• Shipping features while balancing business requirements and engineering tradeoffs collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and deliverables.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and product specialists with expertise in both technology and insurance.

• Create an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.

• Serve as the product evangelist and advocate for the product internally and externally.

• 7-10 years of experience as a Director Product or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in emerging trends in the industry.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
