Partner Success Manager

Responsibilities:

- Own the entire experience Symbo's partners have with the company, right from onboarding to successful go live

- Develop, manage and grow client portfolios. Be a trusted advisor to the client when it comes to embedding insurance products within their product offerings

- Analyse user data and buying patterns to ensure high pick up rate of Symbo's products within the partner's environment. Your key metric would be NRR (net revenue retention) each partner is able to generate

- Set up and improve existing process in the company to ensure high partner satisfaction and increased revenue from the partner

- Run continuous activation and marketing programs with the partner to ensure uptake of Symbo's products

- Build and nurture a team of aspirational Partner success professionals and help them achieve their career goals
