Position Overview:

Position: Assistant / Associate / Professor-BFSI

Location: Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Kiwale, Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct lectures and practical sessions as per the scheduled workload and teaching plan.
• Contribute to syllabus enrichment and update content to align with current trends and statutory council guidelines.
• Perform examination duties, including evaluation, timely assessment, and result submission.
• Develop and manage lab activities and ensure the practical skill development of students.
• Participate in academic administration, including admissions, internships, and placements.
• Build and nurture industry connections to enhance students' employability and career growth.
• Engage in research activities, publish papers, and guide students in their research projects and presentations.
• Use innovative teaching methods, including software tools, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and training to stay updated with industry trends.
• Actively participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities organized by the university.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

For Assistant Professor:

• Masters with relevant working experience of 5 years in a large conglomerate.*
• B.Tech with relevant working experience of 7 years in a large conglomerate.*
• Ph.D. / Masters / B.Tech with a minimum of 3 patents and 3 years of experience in a start-up.

For Associate Professor:

• Ph.D. with relevant 5 years of experience in a large conglomerate.*
• Masters with relevant working experience of 10 years in a large conglomerate.*
• B.Tech with relevant working experience of 12 years in a large conglomerate.*
• Ph.D. / Masters / B.Tech with a minimum of 5 patents and 3 years of experience in a start-up.

For Professor:

• Ph.D. with relevant 10 years of experience in a large conglomerate.*
• Masters with relevant working experience of 15 years in a large conglomerate.*
• B.Tech with relevant working experience of 17 years in a large conglomerate.*
• Ph.D. / Masters / B.Tech with a minimum of 5 patents and 5 years of experience in a start-up.
