Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of cleaned utensils, dishes, and equipment
Quality Control: Conduct inspections to maintain high cleanliness and service standards across all areas
Training and Development: Train new stewards, conduct regular skill development sessions, and provide ongoing support to improve team performance
