Executive / Sr. Executive- Engineering - Pune and Ranjangaon

Job Responsibilities:

• To monitor & maintain the daily activities of Utility equipment.
• To ensure satisfactory functioning of All utilities (i.e. AHU, Boiler, Air Compressor, AC Unit Water & ETP Plant
• Responsible to ensure of discipline in daily workings.
• Responsible to ensure all operation by following cGMP compliance
• Responsible for order and maintain sufficient stock of equipment spares & Filters.
• Responsible to maintain & update equipment records & history cards.
• Responsible to attend breakdown / problem & maintain minimum breakdown time for Utility machine.
• Monitor the work of subordinates and ensure that the necessary assistance is provided to them for their timely, adequate and accurate completion of the assigned work
• To ensure safe working practices to prevent any technical or administrative accident.
• Responsible to complete & maintain log books and face any audit at any time.
• Performing of all calibration and validation.
• Responsible to perform sanitization, Passivation & filter replacement activity.
• Responsible to perform Air Validation, Temp Mapping & AHU validation.
• Responsible to operate & maintain Water System as per cGMP requirement.
• Responsible to perform the Preventive Maintenance on time and maintain records in Quantum.
• Day to day reporting to Engineering manager with respect to Maintenance planning, daily activity in (i.e. AHU, Boiler, Air Compressor, AC Unit Water & ETP Plant
• Any additional assignment given by Engg. Manager and Designee.
