Job Description
- This role provides support (Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve business process or functional application problems reported by end-users) on one of the finance modules.
- Additionally, they analyse, diagnose, and recommend action for bug fixes, upgrade, updates and configuration changes.
- They also assist in the training and support end-users on the use of these modules to accomplish business objectives and improve the operational efficiency.
- They are experts in one of the ERP Finance modules ( VIM in this case).
- They have excellent knowledge in Business Process mapping and configuring environment.
