SAP SD OTC

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant specializing in Order to Cash (OTC) processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SD solutions to enhance our clients sales and distribution operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP SD projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

   • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions with a focus on Order to Cash processes.
   • Customize and optimize SAP SD functionalities to meet specific business requirements.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze sales and distribution requirements.
   • Work closely with other SAP functional consultants to ensure integration with other modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP PP).

3. System Testing and Validation:

   • Conduct thorough testing of SAP SD configurations to identify and address any issues.
   • Collaborate with end-users to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business objectives.

4. User Training and Support:

   • Provide training sessions to end-users on SAP SD features and functionalities related to Order to Cash processes.
   • Offer ongoing support to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.

5. Documentation:

   • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SD configurations, processes, and customizations.
   • Document and communicate changes made during implementation, upgrades, or system enhancements.

6. Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay informed about SAP SD updates, new features, and industry best practices.
   • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements within the Order to Cash cycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP SD implementation and configuration with a focus on Order to Cash processes.
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP PP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP SD certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SD integration.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for enhancing user interfaces.
• Understanding of pricing procedures, credit management, and billing processes in SAP SD.
• Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration within Order to Cash processes.
