Job Description
- Engagement through loyalty for Swiggy users on the categories that Swiggy operates
- Strategize and execute interventions to increase Monthly transacting users through loyalty
- Develop the MOP/ QOP plans and monitor the key metrics on a daily/ weekly basis vs. plan
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Growth marketing, Category, Product Marketing, Product) to customize interventions and conduct periodic events
- Conduct periodic data-analyses and consumer immersions on loyalty program user behavior to plan/ execute data-led interventions.
- Understand consumers POV for RCA and drive pilots/ interventions to test consumer insights
- Benefits launch and awareness improvement
- Come up with new ideas and lead the business functions in the GTM
- Execute campaigns to drive awareness of current program benefits
- Increase the Willingness to Pay for Swiggy users
- Drive-up user program savings through increased engagement of users
Desired Skills
- Should be able to independently ideate and execute interventions with minimum support
- Very good analytical skills with experience in SQL is a plus point
- Ability to coordinate and influence various cross-functional teams
- Proactively think from food delivery and quick commerce consumer pains/ preferences
