Swiggy - Manager - Project & Design (4-9 yrs)

Job Purpose

To plan the new POD designs based on priorities and resources available, allot work to the team and crosscheck layouts for efficiency while adhering to brand guidelines.

Areas of Responsibility

Planning Workflows

1-Interact with regional Projects team, to identify the priority levels of each location city wise.

2-Plan, prioritise and allot work to the team.

3-Cross-check drawings for efficiency, brand adherence and send it for approval to the Culinary and Ops teams.

Kitchen Design

1-Based on the detailed inputs from the Site engineer create block layout, detailed drawings and Billing of Quantities(BOQ) for the New POD's.

2-Evaluate the standard equipment drawings for all brands based on the requirements.

3-Ensure Block Layouts are designed based on brand requirement and work flow.

4-Share the layout and follow up with respective stake holders until floor plan is approved.

5-Cross-check detailed Good for construction drawings(GFC) for each kitchens before sending for approvals.

6-Work/ Cross-check BOQ based on detailed drawings and share the same with the stakeholders for approval.

Stakeholder management

1-Coordinate with Project head for the priority list based on business plans and allot work to the team accordingly.

2-Coordinate with site engineers and guide them, when required, during the execution phase.

3-Coordinate with MEP vendors for various drawings, if and when required, and finalize the same based on site conditions.
