Roles & Responsibilities:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align program goals

- Work closely with the product team to drive growth initiatives within the product roadmap.

- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and enhance customer experience.

Budgeting and Resource Management:

- Oversee budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Regularly track program expenses and work with finance to forecast future needs and measure ROI.

- Adjust program budgets and resources based on performance data and changing priorities.

- Own the events app experience for the user. Be responsible for the hygiene of content, listing etc. that goes on the app and own the funnel from impressions to conversions;

- Create dashboards to track performance and checks

Desired Skillset:

- MBA from ISB/XLRI/SP JAIN/ NITIE / IIM ABC with 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, forecasting, planning, supply chain or related fields. A Bachelor's degree from NIT/IIT is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and identify trends and patterns.

- Proficiency in Excel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

- Experience in events industry is a plus
