Technical Support Engineer

Swiftlane is a US based VC funded startup, and looking to grow its India team. We are actively hiring for technical support specialists to help scale our business and help deploy Swiftlane's modern building access control systems across the US.

This role requires phone, email and chat support for Swiftlane's customers and installers located in the US. Background in technical support for US is a requirement for this role. Role & responsibilities

- Support US based customers over the phone, email and chat

- Work with US time overlap - IST 5 PM to 2 AM (Rotational Shifts)

- Learn about Swiftlane's hardware, software and mobile app functionality

- Learn about deployment of Swiftlane's access control technology for buildings and how it installs

- Support our installers across the US

- Work with Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, Notion and other modern tools

- Work with a global team and learn fast in a startup environment

- Build support workflows, guides, help articles and more

- Guide product teams on the product roadmap

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in engineering

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- High ownership and self starter

- Hungry and looking to grow fast in their career but willing to learn and adapt

- Interested in long term leadership responsibilities

- Great work ethic to work independently in a remote environment
