Roles and Responsibilities

Proficient in PA ,Finance modules functionally and business process wise having 8+ years of experience in Finance

Strong in communication with flexibility and set the right precedence to the team and hand hold the team

Willing to work in the shift 2-11 pm IST ,Take the lead to run through during P1/P2/P3 critical incident

Bring in value add and efficiency in the ASM process and solutions

Operational Activities:

Preparing various operational reports and other project related activities like hiring, Auditing activities etc.

Motivated and directing the team members to complete the cloud certifications and participating in client focused training activities.

Ensuring that No escalations reported all critical incidents like BICC, Vertex, Module specific issues including report related and other maintenance related activities have been addressed without any escalations.

Ensuring Smooth KT as well as on boarding new joiners in the project.

Facilitating Weekly and bi-weekly connect with Team and onsite spocs and Business SME s to address the issues.

Maintenance of Knowledge Transition recordings and documents in common drive for easy accessibility to the team members for future reference.

Core Activities

Guiding the team in resolving the Tickets and ensuring the engagement of the Support team with Vendor (Oracle) and SME s

Ensuring Team co ordination with Testing team for on time completion of Regression testing as well as ad hoc testing requirements.

Co ordinating with internal application owners (ESP team, MFT and GDW Teams) to resolve Production issues.

Engaged and guiding the team in AD activities related to development of BI Reports, PA to Clarity Broadcom Integrations.

Planning and Presenting the Cloud Application New features with Business and getting their approval on this.
