Production Manager - Spices

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Education-M.sc FOOD technologist or equivalent

2. Experience in Spices production minimum 12-15 Years in spice industries of repute

3. Exposure to updated spice manufacturing machinery

4. Good knowledge production line management (from Raw material store- roasting- grinding- blending-packing)

5. Should have good knowledge of blended spice manufacturing including its parameters to be controlled and its critical points.

6. Understanding of Spices/Masala Raw materials quality (both CTC and blended spices)

7. Understanding the storage requirement and fumigation requirement of spices and aromatic spices

8. Basic knowledge of Compliance and FSSAI norm for different spices

9. Good knowledge of quality assurance of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Manufacturing activities.

10. Knowledge of new product development in spices/ blended spices

11. Knowledge of ISO 22000/ BRC etc are added advantages

12. Knowledge of seasoning products will be an added advantage

13. Willing to relocate to Shadnagar town (Hyderabad outskirt)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing spice manufacturing team and Monitoring day to day production activities
• Man- management of spice manufacturing line
• Upkeep of machinery with coordination of maintenance team
• Monitoring inventory, quantity and seasons requirement as per the availability
• Monitoring Documentation as per the requirement in manufacturing
• Cold storage handling
