Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

1. Process invoices across multiple domains, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Manage statutory compliance for domestic and overseas invoices (WHT/TDS/GST).
3. Handle tax declaration forms for overseas transactions (e.g., No PE, 10F).

Financial Operations:

1. Oversee service requests such as GRIR settlement and CAPEX invoicing.
2. Handle advances, ensuring proper tracking and reconciliation.
3. Support tax case data management and audit requirements.

Vendor & Audit Support:

1. Conduct vendor follow-up and reconciliation activities.
2. Provide support for audits and assist in the month-end and quarter-end book closures.

General Ledger (GL) Management:

1. Perform GL & variance analysis.
2. Ensure accurate invoice verification and processing in the ERP system (preferably SAP).
3. Handle payment processing and month-end provisioning.

Taxation:

1. Maintain knowledge of applicable TDS & GST regulations (Input Credit, RCM applicability).
2. Assist in statutory audit clarifications.
