Role & responsibilities
Sales Strategy Planning
◘ Assist GM Sales in Preparation of sales strategy across various projects based on product offered
Assist GM Sales in Creating Sales plan for Retail, Residential, Commercial and Institutional Sales
◘ Provide support in the form of inputs and feedbacks for preparing presentations for all potential clients
◘ Provide inputs on new pricing and sales initiatives for the projects
◘ Coordinate with marketing team for an integrated approach as per strategic plan
◘ Assist GM Sales in Planning for activities to target customer acquisition, sales force deployment, and
sales promotion activities
2. Set Targets for the sales team in line with the business plan
◘ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target numbers by analyzing trends
◘ Hold periodic discussions on Sales, with Managers in order to maximize net sales
◘ Ensure achievement of targeted sales numbers in residential, commercial and institutional domains
◘ Provide periodic assessment of productivity across sales teams
◘ Drive growth in various segments for market share in a competitive environment
◘ Execute pro-active competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns
◘ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
KEY AREAS Of RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

◘ Support the Sales Managers in preparation of executive wise sales plan.
◘ Invite periodic report on Sales Funnel including details on prospects, status on conversions
◘ Ensure sales target achievement for all the projects of Swan Group and also development of the market
◘ Consolidate and report feedback about market, competitors, policies and customer preferences
◘ Ensure Sales Managers hold periodic activities for competition analysis in their segment
◘ Build Relationship with international property consultants and brokers
◘ Provide inputs and support the Marketing Manager, in devising the promotional/Exhibition plans
◘ Co-ordinate with Sales Managers during Exhibition or other promotional activities
◘ Lead meetings / presentation to key accounts or potential large customers in Commercial &
Institutional segments
◘ Manage negotiations in key transactions; support Sales Managers for closure.
4. Manage sales related activities
◘ Share all Management decisions regarding sales activity with the Sales Managers
◘ Ensure co-ordination with the Project/Execution teams to update customers on project progress as well
as communicate customization requests and cost of customization to the clients.
◘ Facilitate customer handover for completed projects along with CRM team and collect customer
feedback
◘ Ensure that the sales team finalizes the commercial offer with the prospective client
◘ Co-ordinate with Sales Administration Team to ensure that the transaction processing is being done to
satisfaction of customers.
5. Ensure effective team management
◘ Review manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization
◘ Institutionalize a process for knowledge sharing in the department.
◘ Provide forums for problem solving, achievement sharing etc for continuous enrichment of team
members.
◘ Ensure adequate job-rotation for team members by facilitating movement across sections.
◘ Constantly upgrade self through exposure to national and international concepts and lead by example.
◘ Carry out Appraisals for direct reportees. ◘ Recommend developmental plans for team members, and motivate them by counseling. ◘ Encourage team to engage in collaborative problem solving, learning from failures/achievements or any new experience.
