Ensure that all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE: Preparation and submission of statutory returns under various labour statutes. Compliance with all statutory requirement under various labour laws such as PF, Minimum Wages, Employment Exchange Etc. within timelines. Responsible to issue timely Probation Confirmation Appraisals forms.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Facilitating Trainings (Designing Training calendar/content preparation/instructional designing/ implementation/internal trainer development/ result evaluation.
