NGO Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Build and expand a robust network of NGOs across India.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with NGO representatives.
• Coordinate and communicate with NGOs to understand their objectives and align them with Vichakshan Foundations mission.
• Plan and conduct regular meetings, both in-person and virtual, with NGO partners.
• Represent the organization in networking events, forums, and conferences.
• Develop strategies to foster collaborations and partnerships with NGOs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: MSW (Master of Social Work) or MBA preferred.
• Compulsory Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
• Experience: Proven experience in PR, sales, dealer networking, or distributor networking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a soft-spoken demeanor.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the NGO sector is a strong advantage.
