Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visuals and marketing materials in Marathi, English, Hindi, ensuring that the designs are culturally relevant and aesthetically appealing. The role involves creating graphics for print and digital platforms, including social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics, posters, flyers, and digital content for various campaigns.
• Create and edit designs for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Ensure designs are culturally appropriate and communicate the intended message effectively in Marathi, English, Hindi.
• Work on a variety of projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to Marathi-speaking audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience 3 years as a Graphics Designer or Art Director in a publishing house or E-news environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of Marathi typography, fonts, and cultural aesthetics.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas based on marketing briefs.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of color, layout, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Marathi and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Prior experience working as graphics designer.
